Shipping Policy
HID Pro offers domestic shipping on select products for a flat rate of $5.90 (price may vary with larger items).  All orders are processed next business day.  HID Pro is not responsible for postage when returning or exchanging products.

Newsletter Disclaimer
In conjunction with our privacy disclaimer, by signing up for our email newsletter, you are authorizing receipt of emails from HID Pro at maximum once every two weeks or for special occasions.  While we value our customers, we also offer the option to unsubscribe, located at the bottom of our emails.

Return Policy
Full refunds are honored on brand new, unused items in original packaging with original receipt up to 14 days after purchase (or 14 days after delivered date if shipped).  For items shipped, we highly recommend all orders be checked immediately upon receipt to ensure all parts are correct so that we may resolve any issues within the allotted time frame.  Refunds are not granted on used or damaged products.

Cancellation Policy
All orders are subject to a restocking fee should you cancel an order after it has already been processed.

Warranty Information
HID Pro stands by the superior quality of our products and the expertise of our technicians.  We offer a full replacement warranty on most of our products for your protection.  For products still under warranty, please bring or send back the product with the original receipt, as all products are subject to testing for defects.  If our technicians cannot correct the issue, a new replacement will be issued at no additional charge.  Please visit our warranty page for additional information.
